Opinions on this dress?

Okay, so I%26#039;ve been looking for an affordable dress for a while. I found this one on sale for $17 at Charlotte Russe.

Do you like it? I HATED it at first, but it%26#039;s kind of grown on me...





I would wear it at a formal banquet. If you think it%26#039;s not hideous and worth buying, care to help me find some good shoes for it? I like heels and flats, but for this dress, preferably heels. (When it comes to shoes, I don%26#039;t like the one or two inch heels - it%26#039;s either flat or all the way up for me!)

The dress is very stylish and preferably cute. It looks like it has an awesome price for seventeen dollars. I think your should buy. Try getting some white strappy heels at JCPenney%26#039;s or the same store you buy the dress at. I think you should go for it about buying the dress. It would also look good if your wore your hair up; it would look very elegant and formal. I hoped this helped!
